In February of 2013, a declaration on the Water Law of Mexico was published, aiming at the recognition of water as a human right. The Programme Agua y Sociedad of the Colegio de San Luis – which forms part of the Justicia Hidrica alliance- has been part in this initiative since the beginning and has co-signed the declaration.
